Key Responsibilities

• Manage inbound phone line and receive calls from prescribers
• Verify patient information and enter prescription data into the pharmacy system
• Contact patients, pharmacists, and providers to resolve issues

Required Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted Pharmacy Technician license in the state of Michigan
• 1+ years of pharmacy prescription processing experience
• Intermediate proficiency with computer navigation and Microsoft programs
• Currently located in Michigan
• Must be 18 years of age or older
