A company is looking for a Representative I - Member Engagement Specialist.
Key Responsibilities
- Educate members on company-sponsored incentives and assist with reporting and redeeming rewards
- Answer member inquiries regarding health notices and promote wellness programs
- Assist members with portal-related questions and document outcomes of correspondence
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- High-speed Broadband internet connection (100/25 mbps) with a direct ethernet connection
- 2 years of experience in a customer service call center environment
- Keyboarding skills with the ability to type 45 WPM with 95% accuracy
- Familiarity with Microsoft 360 (Outlook, Teams, One Drive)
- High School diploma or GED
