Job Summary
A company is looking for a Product Support Analyst (Software - Fully Remote).
Key Responsibilities
- Manage coordination and communication with customers to understand their needs
- Document reported issues and perform initial triage for escalation if needed
- Provide customer feedback to product managers and assist in system analysis
Required Qualifications and Education
- Bachelor's in Information Technology, Management of Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field
- Knowledge of the public safety or criminal justice industry (preferred)
- Ability to work from 8am - 5pm EST, Monday - Friday
- Must pass fingerprint-based state and federal background screenings
- No sponsorship required to work in the U.S
