Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Service Advocate.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to and resolve customer inquiries regarding benefits, eligibility, and claims
- Educate customers on consumer-driven health care topics and assist in selecting benefit plans
- Contact care providers on behalf of customers for appointment scheduling and support
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma / GED or equivalent work experience
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- 2+ years of customer service or relevant experience
- Experience with Windows PC applications and ability to learn complex systems
- Ability to work full-time, 8-hour shifts during specified business hours
