Key Responsibilities
- Drive product adoption and customer outcomes through various communication channels
- Support outreach initiatives to deliver value throughout the customer lifecycle
- Monitor customer health indicators and engage customers to promote renewal and expansion
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in customer success roles; experience in customer support, sales, or customer marketing is a plus
- Fluent in written and spoken Portuguese and English; Spanish is a strong bonus
- Proven ability to foster positive business relationships and drive customer success
- Understanding of recurring revenue sales models and renewal processes is advantageous
- Experience employing a one-to-many approach globally
