Job Summary

A company is looking for an Outreach Specialist to manage member enrollment in a care management program.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound enrollment calls to members using an automated dialer
• Explain the VBCM program and schedule appointments between members and Care Managers
• Accurately collect and update member data in the appropriate systems

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma required
• Minimum of one year experience in a sales-driven, call center, or customer service environment
• Experience in clinical environments preferred
