Job Summary
A company is looking for a Remote Healthcare Call Center Associate.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer high-volume inbound customer calls for a Pharmaceutical Company Patient Assistance Program
- Make outbound calls to Patients/Healthcare Providers to address questions and complete required documentation
- Utilize training and resources to resolve patient/HCP inquiries and ensure timely application processing
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- 1-2 years of customer service experience required; call center experience preferred but not required
- Ability to work flexible shifts between 8:00 am - 8:00 pm EST, Monday to Friday
- Must have a dedicated, private home workspace and reliable internet connectivity
- Successful completion of a background check is required
