A company is looking for a Customer Support Representative to deliver outstanding customer experiences and assist with product-related inquiries.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer requests via Zendesk, researching and communicating resolution options
- Create reusable responses and author customer-facing FAQs
- Develop expertise in the product and monitor communication streams across various channels
Required Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in a customer support role within the SaaS or startup space
- 1-3 years of experience with Zendesk or similar technologies
- 1+ years of experience with Stripe and Jira preferred
- Ability to evaluate and troubleshoot customer issues effectively
- Flexibility in schedule and a passion for engaging with customers
