Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Support Representative to deliver outstanding customer experiences and assist with product-related inquiries.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to customer requests via Zendesk, researching and communicating resolution options
  • Create reusable responses and author customer-facing FAQs
  • Develop expertise in the product and monitor communication streams across various channels
Required Qualifications
  • 1-3 years of experience in a customer support role within the SaaS or startup space
  • 1-3 years of experience with Zendesk or similar technologies
  • 1+ years of experience with Stripe and Jira preferred
  • Ability to evaluate and troubleshoot customer issues effectively
  • Flexibility in schedule and a passion for engaging with customers
