- 12+ years of enterprise-level customer success experience in a SaaS company
- 10+ years of experience in Customer Success Management leading a global team
- Proven track record in achieving adoption, revenue, and customer satisfaction goals
- BA/BS Degree in a related discipline or equivalent experience
- Experience influencing C-level executives and managing teams effectively
