A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative - Temporary (Remote in Virginia).
Key Responsibilities
- Assist Virginia residents with Medicaid, SNAP, and TANF application processes and eligibility inquiries
- Provide informed responses to complex concerns and document interactions across multiple systems
- Maintain confidentiality and ensure excellent customer service through patience and professionalism
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- 1+ years of relevant professional experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Familiarity with Medicaid, SNAP, or TANF programs preferred
- Strong computer skills, including navigation of multiple systems
