A company is looking for an Associate Product Support Specialist to provide exceptional customer support for Salesforce-based products.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer experiences through various communication methods including email, live chat, and phone calls
- Collaborate with departments to resolve issues, gather feedback, and improve product quality
- Educate customers on platform usage and optimize Help Center documentation
Required Qualifications
- Experience with Salesforce and a desire to become a certified admin is highly preferred
- Experience with Jira, Intercom, or other customer support tools
- Experience in a technical support role and supporting multiple SaaS products
- Experience in a customer-facing role with a strong passion for customer success
- Desire to learn and grow within the Product Support team
