Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative to provide support to members and handle inquiries in a remote setting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle inquiries and document all incoming contacts to determine their nature
  • Initiate contact with relevant health plan personnel to obtain necessary information
  • Evaluate data to resolve complaints and coordinate service recovery as needed
Required Qualifications
  • Call center experience required
  • Health insurance experience highly preferred
  • High School diploma or equivalent is required
  • Two years of customer service experience preferred
  • Minimum typing speed of 30 words per minute
