Key Responsibilities
- Handle inquiries and document all incoming contacts to determine their nature
- Initiate contact with relevant health plan personnel to obtain necessary information
- Evaluate data to resolve complaints and coordinate service recovery as needed
Required Qualifications
- Call center experience required
- Health insurance experience highly preferred
- High School diploma or equivalent is required
- Two years of customer service experience preferred
- Minimum typing speed of 30 words per minute
