Key Responsibilities
- Provide daily customer support by responding to questions and delivering timely solutions
- Maintain detailed support tickets and document interactions, installations, and problem resolutions
- Track and manage licensing records, ensuring compliance with internal policies and client contracts
Required Qualifications
- 4-year college degree in computer science, information systems, healthcare, or related field, or equivalent work experience
- Completion of assigned training classes for one major product family
- Ability to install software and implement basic interface workflows under guidance
- Experience with CRM, licensing systems, or asset management tools is a plus
- Strong analytical and organizational skills for managing technical and licensing documentation
