A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative to assist healthcare providers, veterans, and beneficiaries with claims-related inquiries.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide customer-focused support to ensure first call resolution and maintain quality standards
- Research and evaluate medical claims for proper adjudication and document call activity
- Maintain knowledge of VA regulations and assist as an effective team member
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required
- General office skills and knowledge of standard office equipment
- Working knowledge of software such as Excel and Word
- Data entry and 10 key experience necessary
- Preferred 1-2 years' experience in customer service and/or call center environment
