Job Summary
A company is looking for a Scheduling Coordinator to manage the scheduling of Behavior Technicians based on client needs and locations.
Key Responsibilities
- Fill permanent scheduling needs based on patient requirements
- Update patient and staff availability and maintain accurate records in scheduling software
- Communicate schedule changes and evaluate staffing needs per region
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- Minimum High School Diploma; Bachelor's Degree preferred
- At least 1 year of customer service experience
- Prior scheduling experience in a medical office or ABA service provider preferred
- Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize work
- Computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and scheduling software
