Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Success Manager (Enterprise).
Key Responsibilities
- Establish and drive key technical/executive relationships with strategic customers
- Manage post-sales relationships and coordinate across multiple teams to ensure customer success
- Oversee onboarding and deployment projects, ensuring timely and successful implementation
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years in Customer Success, Professional Services, or similar roles, preferably in cybersecurity or SaaS environments
- Strong experience with project management and customer engagement tools (Jira, Zendesk, CSP)
- Familiarity with cybersecurity tools, network security, and cloud environments
- Experience with Enterprise & Federal Accounts
- BS/BA in a relevant field
