Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Success Manager (Enterprise).

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and drive key technical/executive relationships with strategic customers
  • Manage post-sales relationships and coordinate across multiple teams to ensure customer success
  • Oversee onboarding and deployment projects, ensuring timely and successful implementation
Required Qualifications
  • 3+ years in Customer Success, Professional Services, or similar roles, preferably in cybersecurity or SaaS environments
  • Strong experience with project management and customer engagement tools (Jira, Zendesk, CSP)
  • Familiarity with cybersecurity tools, network security, and cloud environments
  • Experience with Enterprise & Federal Accounts
  • BS/BA in a relevant field
