A company is looking for a Wellness Coordinator.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage administrative intake of members
- Work with out-patient providers and the clinical team to manage requests for services
- Process referrals and prior authorizations, and assist clinical staff with documentation
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma / GED or equivalent work experience
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- 2+ years of customer service experience
- 2+ years of clerical or administrative support experience
- Experience working within the healthcare industry and with healthcare insurance
