Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the initial point of contact for technical support requests from customers and sales representatives
- Manage customer service requests and ensure proper follow-up to enhance customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and facilitate product-related functions
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma required; AA, AS or higher in a technical field preferred
- Experience with business applications such as databases or ERP systems required
- Experience in customer service roles, particularly with direct customer interaction
- Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM/SMS systems preferred
- Experience in a regulated industry such as medical devices or pharmaceuticals preferred
