Job Summary

A company is looking for a Medicare Appeals and Grievances Coordinator.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate, process, and document member and provider appeals and grievances
  • Maintain tracking information and ensure timely resolution of all appeals
  • Prepare reports for stakeholders and assist in external reviews as needed
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent years of experience
  • 3-5 years of health plan experience, preferably in customer service or appeals
  • Experience in Medicare appeals is highly preferred
  • Strong aptitude for technology-based solutions
  • Excellent organizational abilities to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
