Job Summary
A company is looking for a Medicare Appeals and Grievances Coordinator.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate, process, and document member and provider appeals and grievances
- Maintain tracking information and ensure timely resolution of all appeals
- Prepare reports for stakeholders and assist in external reviews as needed
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent years of experience
- 3-5 years of health plan experience, preferably in customer service or appeals
- Experience in Medicare appeals is highly preferred
- Strong aptitude for technology-based solutions
- Excellent organizational abilities to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
