Key Responsibilities
- Manage inquiries from employees and establish networking environments through system configuration and installation
- Maximize network performance by monitoring, troubleshooting, and collaborating on network optimization
- Secure network systems by enforcing policies and reporting on network operational status
Required Qualifications
- A.A., A.A.S., or higher college degree in a technical field
- 3 or more years of relevant job experience in technical support roles
- 3-5 years of experience in a network support role
- In-depth knowledge of TCP/IP networking, routing, and switching
- JNCIA or CCNA certification or equivalent industry experience preferred
