Key Responsibilities
- Respond to patient inquiries regarding the RxLink medication affordability program through various communication channels
- Assist patients with understanding discount offers, troubleshooting card usage problems, and maximizing savings on prescriptions
- Document patient interactions and maintain accurate records while escalating complex issues when necessary
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred
- Previous experience in patient service, particularly in healthcare or pharmacy-related roles, is a plus
- Proficiency in using computer systems, email, and phone systems
- Knowledge of pharmacy terminology and discount card programs is beneficial
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
