Key Responsibilities
- Offer ad-hoc calendar availability and provide live support for call hosts during allotted LOD shifts
- Manage call escalations and ensure effective resolutions during live sessions
- Conduct call reviews and audits, providing feedback to hosts for improvement
Required Qualifications
- 1-3 years experience in customer support, technical onboarding, or a related role
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Highly organized with a focus on process consistency
- Fluency in English
