Key Responsibilities
- Create, update, and close support tickets while determining their priority
- Perform initial troubleshooting and escalate unresolved tickets to higher-level specialists
- Manage hardware and software solutions, including onboarding and offboarding support for employees
Required Qualifications
- 0-4+ years of related experience
- Two-year degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field; applicable experience accepted in lieu of a degree
- Strong customer service, time management, and organizational skills
- US Citizenship required
- Travel may be necessary (under 10%)
