Job Summary

A company is looking for an IT Support Specialist to provide technical support to end users across various platforms.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create, update, and close support tickets while determining their priority
  • Perform initial troubleshooting and escalate unresolved tickets to higher-level specialists
  • Manage hardware and software solutions, including onboarding and offboarding support for employees
Required Qualifications
  • 0-4+ years of related experience
  • Two-year degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field; applicable experience accepted in lieu of a degree
  • Strong customer service, time management, and organizational skills
  • US Citizenship required
  • Travel may be necessary (under 10%)
