Job Summary

A company is looking for a Revenue Success Manager to manage a portfolio of restaurant customers and drive long-term relationships and business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, building trusted advisor relationships
  • Deliver tailored success plans and monitor account health through product usage metrics and customer feedback
  • Identify disengagement risks and collaborate with internal teams to address customer challenges and improve retention
Required Qualifications
  • 1 - 2 years in Customer Success, Account Management, or a consultative customer-facing role
  • Proven ability to manage a portfolio of accounts with a focus on relationship growth and retention
  • Comfort using data to drive recommendations and demonstrate business impact
  • Strong organizational, project management, and time management abilities
  • Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) is preferred
