- Respond to inbound secure messages with professionalism and care
- Conduct research and resolve member concerns in complex scenarios

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent education/experience
- Minimum two years of experience in a financial institution or customer service
- Contact Center experience preferred
- Knowledge of relevant state and federal laws and regulations
- Proficient PC skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office products
