Required Qualifications
- Demonstrated ability to build and lead a motivated team
- Proven collaboration skills and ability to influence internal and external customers
- Experience in data interpretation and trend analysis related to service levels
- Effective coaching and feedback skills
- Bachelor's Degree or a minimum of 4+ years of prior leadership experience preferred
