Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative (Property & Casualty).

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver quality customer service by answering inbound calls or chats related to personal lines insurance policies
  • Manage call metrics and ensure efficient processing of transactions while adhering to standard operating procedures
  • Develop and maintain successful customer relationships, taking ownership of each call until resolution is achieved


Required Qualifications
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred; or 2-4 years of agency experience in Personal Lines
  • Thorough knowledge of Property/Casualty Insurance operations and policy elements
  • Active 2-20 or 4-40 licenses preferred, or ability to obtain within a specified timeframe
