A company is looking for an Associate, Donor Care (Bilingual Spanish).

Key Responsibilities

• Provide warm greetings to donors and identify the purpose of their call
• Respond to inquiries and resolve donor concerns via phone and email
• Accept and process donations while maintaining accurate donor records in the CRM system

Required Qualifications

• 1-3 years of related experience in customer service or donor communication
• Full fluency in spoken and written Spanish
• Proven customer support experience
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365
• Proficiency in CRM systems, preferably EveryAction
