Job Summary

A company is looking for a Contract Membership Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

• Utilize Model N Revenue Manager to manage the membership life cycle of large organized customers
• Process Master Data requests within SAP iShift and resolve membership inquiries from account management teams
• Ensure data accuracy and compliance while collaborating with internal and external stakeholders

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required
• Experience with Model N and SAP iShift preferred
• 1-3 years of experience in Contracting, Membership, or Pricing preferred
• Strong analytical thinking and Excel skills
• Ability to adapt to changing environments with a critical thinking mindset
