Job Summary
A company is looking for a Junior Customer Support Specialist (Remote).
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to email, live chat, and phone inquiries from existing customers and prospects
- Advise customers on how to effectively use the software to meet their needs
- Track customer interactions in Salesforce and assist with onboarding and account reviews
Required Qualifications
- 1-2 years of experience in customer support, preferably in a SaaS environment
- Ability to work 9am-6pm EST
- Experience with Salesforce and Intercom is a plus
- Strong focus on customer experience and relationship building
- Self-motivated with a growth mentality
