Job Summary

A company is looking for a PAP Specialist who will manage patient equipment and compliance in a remote setting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Schedule appointments for customers to pick up PAP equipment and provide usage instructions
  • Prepare and submit audit paperwork for insurance claims and ensure compliance with healthcare guidelines
  • Monitor and manage clients using Positive Airway Pressure devices to encourage compliance
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • One year of work-related experience in healthcare administrative, financial, or insurance customer services
  • Two years of work-related experience required for senior level, including one year of exact job experience
  • Experience in a Medicare certified HME, Diabetic, Pharmacy, or home medical supplies environment is preferred
