Job Summary

A company is looking for an Admissions Specialist to manage the intake process for a digital coaching program aimed at helping individuals with addiction.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the growth of the Admissions Department and track the admissions funnel
• Improve conversion rates by testing different messaging approaches and streamlining processes
• Coordinate with various departments to enhance workflows and increase referrals

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or higher
• At least 2 years of work experience
• Demonstrated tech/quantitative skills and experience
• Experience with CRMs/EHRs
• Experience in mental/behavioral health is a plus
