Key Responsibilities
- Manage the success of the RCM Product Optimization team through individual Key Performance Indicators and revenue growth
- Establish and maintain regular meetings to gather insights from strategic RCM sites and collaborate on cross-functional initiatives
- Create reports to identify key performance indicators and oversee projects to ensure the success of the RCM software and business unit
Required Qualifications
- Experience in revenue cycle management or related field
- Proven leadership skills with a focus on team management and development
- Ability to analyze performance metrics and implement improvements
- Familiarity with compliance and regulatory requirements in RCM
- Experience in project management and cross-functional collaboration
