Customer Success Executive

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Success Executive to build strong customer relationships and support project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary liaison between partners, end customers, and internal teams
• Plan and facilitate key project milestones to ensure consistent project delivery
• Monitor service usage and compile detailed monthly reports for leadership

Required Qualifications

• At least 2+ years in sales operations or a related role, preferably in IT services
• Experience with Public Key Infrastructure (PKI) preferred
• Proficiency in Google Office Suite and experience with CRM systems (e.g., Hubspot)
• Strong analytical skills to translate customer data into actionable strategies
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
