Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Success Analyst.
Key Responsibilities
- Attend weekly meetings with key client contacts to discuss account status and track open items to completion
- Perform assigned technical tasks and support client special projects, including Annual Enrollment
- Coordinate with internal departments to address client-specific issues and perform routine audits for accuracy in delivery
Required Qualifications
- College degree or equivalent work experience required
- Two years of experience in Health and Welfare Benefits Administration Technology
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office, especially skilled in Excel
- Ability to work outside of normal hours as needed
- Experience in ongoing administration within a customer service environment
