A company is looking for a Part-Time Patient Access Resource Specialist.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate new patient scheduling and verify patient information
- Manage incoming calls and schedule appointments, ensuring accurate documentation and communication
- Support patient satisfaction initiatives and resolve inquiries or escalate complaints as necessary
Required Qualifications
- One year of experience in a medical office setting or one and a half years in a high-volume public contact position with medical office experience
- Thorough knowledge of patient access services policies and procedures
- Demonstrated advanced user skills in patient access systems
- High School Diploma or GED preferred
- Ability to multi-task in a high-volume environment
