Required Qualifications
- 2+ years in a technical role such as Customer Success Engineer or Technical Implementation Specialist
- Demonstrated expertise in API integrations, SSO systems, and generative AI customization
- Proficiency in modern web development technologies, including JavaScript, PostgreSQL, and SSO protocols
- Familiarity with SQL, Metabase, or similar data tools for reconciliation and insights
- Experience managing and resolving technical integration challenges in client-facing environments
