Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Customer Support Specialist - Tier 2.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver Tier 2 customer support through various channels including ticketing and phone/video conferencing
  • Mentor Tier 1 team members and contribute to overall team growth and customer satisfaction
  • Troubleshoot complex issues and collaborate with internal teams to resolve technical problems
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • 2+ years of relevant experience in customer support or technical roles
  • Basic understanding of SQL and proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Experience in a SaaS environment preferred
  • Hands-on experience supporting technical environments including web browsers and point-of-sale systems
