A company is looking for a Call Center Representative - Collections.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound calls and process payments for customer accounts
- Manage customer accounts and ensure compliance with company policies
- Assist managers with special projects and maintain good public relations
Required Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- High School Diploma or equivalent required; BA degree preferred
- At least 1 year of Customer Service experience required
- Call Center or Collections experience preferred
- Computer/technology savvy with the ability to operate multiple windows and tabs
