Key Responsibilities
- Service inbound calls and complete proactive retention efforts through outbound calls
- Exceed revenue goals by retaining customers and upselling services
- Address customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring a positive customer experience
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED required; Associate or bachelor's degree preferred
- At least 1 year of previous sales/retention and/or service experience required
- Leadership experience preferred
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
