Job Summary
A company is looking for a Tier III Technical Support Specialist.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-level technical support to executive staff, particularly during urgent situations
- Deliver on-site support for mobile devices, hardware installations, software configuration, and troubleshooting
- Act as an escalation point for resolving advanced technical issues and perform data migration tasks
Required Qualifications:
- U.S. Citizen
- 5+ years' experience with advanced-level support of Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android operating systems
- Active Directory user and account administration experience
- 3+ years' experience supporting remote connectivity (VPN) and using remote access software
- Physical requirement: Ability to lift up to 50 pounds of equipment for on-site support
