Key Responsibilities
- Act as backup for the Global Travel Manager
- Provide customer service for travelers and EAs to ensure prompt resolution
- Monitor corporate policy as a Concur travel site administrator and validate travel spend
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in the travel industry
- At least 2 years of proficiency in Concur Travel
- Knowledge of travel management processes and site administration
- Proficiency with Google Workspace
- Experience in supplier performance monitoring and travel reporting analysis
