Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Service Specialist to provide support and service to patients in a remote setting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of products and services while handling inbound and outbound calls
  • Process orders, verify documentation, and ensure insurance eligibility and pre-authorizations
  • Document all interactions and facilitate resolution of customer complaints
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • One year of work-related experience in healthcare administration, customer service, or related fields
  • For senior level, two years of experience with one year in a similar role
  • Familiarity with Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial health plan methodologies preferred
  • Ability to navigate multiple online EMR systems effectively
