Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain knowledge of products and services while handling inbound and outbound calls
- Process orders, verify documentation, and ensure insurance eligibility and pre-authorizations
- Document all interactions and facilitate resolution of customer complaints
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- One year of work-related experience in healthcare administration, customer service, or related fields
- For senior level, two years of experience with one year in a similar role
- Familiarity with Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial health plan methodologies preferred
- Ability to navigate multiple online EMR systems effectively
