Job Summary
A company is looking for a Manager of Technical Success to lead a team of Technical Success Managers and contribute to customer projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the Technical Success Team and manage project assignments
- Act as Technical Success Manager for select customer accounts, leading onboarding and integration processes
- Maintain project documentation and deliver performance reports while refining implementation processes
Required Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of EMRs, especially Epic and Cerner
- Proven experience in technical project management and customer success roles
- Proficiency with project tools such as Azure DevOps and/or Smartsheet
- Minimum of 1 year of experience managing or supervising a technical team
- Familiarity with healthcare data standards, APIs, and EMR interfaces
