Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative - Remote in CST.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls from healthcare providers and members to identify assistance needs
- Research and obtain necessary data to process or resolve claims issues
- Ensure proper benefits are applied to claims and follow up with customers as needed
Required Qualifications:
- High School Diploma / GED or equivalent work experience
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- 2+ years of experience in a customer service role
- Experience with Microsoft Excel and OneNote for data entry and documentation
- Ability to work full-time with flexibility for 8-hour shifts during business hours
