A company is looking for a Technical Support Engineer to provide technical assistance to customers using property management solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting via telephone, ticket, and/or chat
- Maintain ownership and communication responsibility for each assigned incident from initial report through resolution
- Educate customers on the software and products while identifying and reporting issues to the appropriate teams
Required Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in a technical support role for B2B enterprise customers
- Strong technical, analytical, and problem-solving skills in complex environments
- Ability to adapt quickly to change and work proactively
- Proven passion for providing an exceptional customer experience
- Associate's degree or equivalent work experience preferred
