Job Summary

A company is looking for a Nurse Case Manager II in Ohio.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of members' needs and eligibility to determine case resolution approaches
• Apply and interpret criteria, guidelines, and case management plans to ensure appropriate benefit administration
• Utilize case management and quality management processes in compliance with regulatory and accreditation guidelines

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Registered Nurse (RN) with an unrestricted active license
• 3 years of clinical practice experience, including hospital and alternative care settings
• Preferred experience in healthcare and/or managed care industry
• Preferred case management experience
• Proficiency in computer skills, including navigating multiple systems
