NOC Technician

A company is looking for a NOC Technician I.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor network infrastructure and document incidents
• Troubleshoot issues and provide technical support to customers
• Provide 24x7 support and follow established procedures

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required
• Telecom Network Operations Center experience preferred
• Knowledge of network protocols and technologies preferred
• Basic understanding of IPv4 and IPv6 subnet address standards preferred
• Ability to work various shifts as needed
