Key Responsibilities
- Provide medical support to 50 to 70 clients daily, assisting with primary care, medications, appointments, and benefits
- Manage multiple tasks efficiently while delivering exceptional customer service
- Participate in a comprehensive 5-week training program to prepare for the role
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- High school diploma (additional credit for a bachelor's degree)
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in insurance operations
- Proficient with technology and web-based systems
- Experience in medical/insurance customer service or related fields
- Background in social work or behavioral health is a plus
