Key Responsibilities
- Field inbound support requests through the support inbox
- Process zero dollar orders and onboard partner schools for complimentary access
- Document support tasks and transactions in the internal CRM
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience with data entry or similar administrative tasks
- Some experience in a customer service role
- Proficiency with online platforms and spreadsheets (e.g., Google Sheets or Excel)
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting
